TL;DR: Initially put together in under a week, already had wig and shirt, thrifted multiple green blazer, thrifted skirt and altered to fit me, ordered earrings and brooch to match preferred blazer. This was also my first cosplay with particularly feminine make-up (thank you to Zach “Earl Cray Tea” J. for linking me to great make-up tutorials).
