Worn for an RIT 2014 masquerade ball.

Made when a group of friends decided to make fancy pokémon outfits for a masquerade ball. Most clothes were thrift store finds; vest was a cheap one ordered online; mask was handmade. Brought it back out for the midnight release of Pokémon Sun and Moon
