Bill Cipher

TL;DR: Made out of giant yellow display board. Spent way too much time attaching yellow/red LEDs around the perimeter so I could be normal Bill and angry Bill. (Huge thank you to Derek Witt for helping me with the circuit design and physical assembly!) Eye was made of fabric so I could see out. Harnass was made by hand using straps made from layered duct tape. I decided to use a real top hat and bow-tie because ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
